Al Pangelinan is the Senior Advisor of the IV&V Institute, Inc. He has over 25 years of Information Technology experience and over 15 years of IV&V experience on various multimillion-dollar enterprise State projects. Mr. Pangelinan has strived to create a certification authority for IV&V since 2006 to ensure that IV&V consultants possessed the right skillset to add value to projects.

Dr. Michael Cox

PhD, PMP, CSM

Dr. Michael Cox had over 40 years of Information Technology experience as a Project manager and over 30 years conducting IV&V as a PM. His experience included evaluation and oversight of various multi-million dollar projects. Dr. Cox was a retired Colonel of the US Army and served as the PM and IV&V Consultant for over 45 enterprise projects for the State of California. Dr. Cox passed away on March 2, 2020. We will always remember him.
